History of The Shutt Team
The Late Linda Cheryl Shutt
The "Shutt Team" is comprised of Ashlee Shutt and her network of trusted professionals. The matriarch (the late) Linda Shutt was in the Real Estate profession for 37 years. Linda started her career at Canada Trust in 1989. As a single mother, Linda quickly made her mark on the profession. Her hard work, determination, negotiating skills and her "passion" for Real Estate quickly earned her a house-hold name.
Linda was one of the top producers at Canada Trust and worked there until their dissolvent. It was then that Linda decided to make her transition to Johnston & Daniel, A Division of Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., Brokerage , the number one office in the GTA, in both sales and volumes.
She adapted to the change and began to expand her career. Priding herself on customer service and dedication to the Real Estate profession.
Linda was a multi award winner taking her daughter Ashlee under her wing. Over the years Linda has received the following awards:

Ashlee Shutt HBA., MED., OCT.
Ashlee brings a wide spectrum from the educational realm including: HBA from the University of Toronto, Masters in the Science of Elementary Education, Certified Ontario Teacher and additional qualifications in Special Education. Ashlee brings passion and vitality to the "Shutt Team". Ashlee is actively involved in supporting special education and is an activie liasion supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Ashlee won the 2022, 2023 Community Service Award for her dedication to her nonprofit Morgans Hands.
After Lindas passing (May 2024) Ashlee has taken over as head of The Shutt Team providing exceptional service from start to finish. When deciding who to work with, make sure you make the right decision.
